ohmygosh you guys!!! I did it!! I FINALLY crossed homemade croissants off of my baker’s bucket list thanks to handhmag!! If you’re like me, you’ve been spending lots of extra time in the kitchen these days. As a baker and lover of everything butter and carbs, I’ve always wanted to try my hand at making homemade croissants. I’ve only made them once before in Paris but since we won’t be visiting any quaint French bakeries anytime soon, I decided there is no time like the present to make my very own flakey, buttery, golden brown croissants.
