Ingredients
2 -8” store bought pizza crust
1 -8 oz goat cheese log,room temp
1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
1 tbsp chives chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 ounces smoked salmon
2 tablespoons capers, drained
Red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup arugula
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
Spread the goat cheese mixture onto cooled crust. Top with salmon, onion, capers, arugula and drizzle olive oil.
Slice and serve!
