Lamb shanks, polenta and a red wine sauce 🤌🏾 This is some high class gourmet sh*t!!!

To make:
1️⃣ season lamb shanks liberally. Place on smoker or at 275 until bark has set (about 1.5-2 hours)
2️⃣ sauté leeks and garlic for 3-5 mins in olive oil. Add in tomato paste and cook 2-3 mins. Add in 2 cups cliffamily “bici” and cook 2 mins. Add in 3 cups beef stock.
3️⃣ place shanks into tomato mixture along with rosemary, thyme and bay leaf. Cover and back on for about 2 hours (until they are fall apart tender).
4️⃣ remove shanks from sauce, strain sauce and cook for 10-15 mins until reduced.
5️⃣ serve over creamy polenta, mashed potatoes, risotto or butter noodles alongside more cliffamily “bici”
