💥 Place 3 quarts homemade beef stock on the stovetop over low heat with some rosemary and thyme in a cheesecloth packet.
💥 Cook slowly and let reduce. Remove any skum that forms. Simmer until reduced to 1-2 cups. It should be thick and coat a spoon when done
