One of the most common questions I get is can you smoke on a webergrills kettle?! YES!!! Set your kettle up for indirect cooking (charcoal snake, charcoal off to one side, minion method with a water pan etc) and you’re good to go!

I hit this pork belly with the_w_sauce and then salt and pepper. Smoked it on the kettle over jealousdevilcharcoal chunx and a hickory smoke block. I spritzed it with water to keep it moist and help a nice bark form. I flipped it over after and a half and pulled it off the kettle after 3 hours when it was about 190 degrees. I gave it a quick 30 mon rest before slicing with my dalstrong shogun kiritsuke on my maccuttingboards yellow epoxy board 🔥
