CLAMS ARE MY JAM 🔥SEE BELOW FOR RECIPE ⬇️

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs Manila clams
- 1.5 cups white wine
- 1 stick 🧈
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- juice of 1 🍋
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- salt to taste
- toasted bread (optional but not really)

1️⃣soak clams in saltwater 20-30 mins and then rinse clean
2️⃣ heat skillet to medium. Add in 1/2 butter, olive oil, red pepper flakes and garlic. Sauté 2-3 mins. Add in white wine and 🍋 juice. Bring to a boil.
3️⃣ Add in clams and remaining butter. Cover and cook 4-6 mins until clams open. Add in parsley and salt to taste.
4️⃣ serve immediately and enjoy this shit ASAP cuz it’s delicious 🔥🔥
