Lip lickin’ limoncello in only 2 hours 🙌🏾 I had seen a recipe talking about using a sous vide to make limoncello one 2 hours. Was skeptical until the homie _dehaven_ recommended it 🤘🏾 Now that I’ve tried it, all I can say I’ll be doing it again 🙌🏾 If you’re looking for me, I’ll be drinking myself into hibernation 😂🍻 . . Recipe: you’ll need the zest of 20 lemons and a bottle of everclear, vodka or grappa depending on how strong and the flavor you want. You’ll also need homemade simple syrup (add 2 cups sugar to 2 cups boiling water and stir until dizzolved. Let cool) 1: combine lemon zest and one bottle of your alcohol in a sous vide safe bag and seal. 2. Sous vide lemon/alcohol at 130 degrees for 2 hours (I did 3 but that’s just me) 3. Strain zest from cooked alcohol mix and combine with simple syrup to your liking. Pour into bottles and put in freezer until cold. 4.
