Starter - a5 Wagyu from crowdcow
1- herbaceous chicken broth w/ lemon zest
2- salad caprese w/ balsamic reduction
3- polenta w/ chimichurri
4- spaghetti carbonara
5- rack of lamb w mashed potatoes 🔥used a variety of gustusvitae throughout the meal. As always I had my maccuttingboards with me for the heavy lifting and my messermeister tools to make things easy. All in all the meal was a success and the people were happy ❤️❤️🙌🏾🙌🏾
