See below for the recipe 👇🏾
1. Coat lamb liberally in gustusvitae lemon rosemary salt and let sit at room temp for 30 mins to salt brine.
2. Rinse salt off and pay dry. Rub lamb with a little olive oil and then gustusvitae taste of Morocco. Let sit 30 mins for flavors to marinade. Preheat smoker/oven to 220.
4. Place lamb on smoker or in oven and cook until It is 115. Remove and let rest.
5. Heat a skillet to high heat. Add in olive oil. Place lamb in pan fat side down. After a few minutes add butter, rosemary and crushed garlic bulb. Sear and baste rack of lamb turning as needed until IT is 130. Let rest again before slicing. .
