🔥AVOCADO CUCUMBER SALSA:
1/2 cucumber(peel, remove seeds and dice)
1/2 red bell pepper (seeded and diced)
2 avocados (cubed)
2 limes
1/2 red onion (diced)
1 small bunch parsley (chopped)
Salt to taste 👉🏾Combine all ingredients and juice of limes in a bowl. Salt to taste. Mix well. Let rest in fridge for at least 20 mins so the flavors can make love 🔥💯

Salmon: preheat traeger to 375. Season salmon liberally with rub if choice. Smoke for approx 12 -15... internal temp should b 140-145.
