Black Joy is priceless… So quick story, a year ago I decided to start taking photography seriously. Inspired by the chance to capture the history unfolding right before my eyes. It’s been a wild ride to say the least, this weekend my name got thrown into the hat to shoot some Juneteenth photos for the @nytimes. Unfortunately I didn’t get picked. That’s okay though, one day that goal will be accomplished.
