Working out is my life, but I no longer do it to help compensate for terrible eating.

Real talk right here... since I started focusing more on nutrition and how my body feels, I’ve done a COMPLETE 180. No I’m not on a diet, no I’m not trying to get skinny, BUT I have put fourth the effort to truly listen to my body.

I hope I’m not alone in this, but I’ve worked out in the past harder then most because I know I can eat more then most. I’ve always been big & strong, but at times would have zero control over my eating, so the only way I knew how to cope was working out hard to rid those calories.

This pandemic has made me tap into my body SO much more then I ever have. I’ve been able to rest & recover MORE and listen to my body because I’ve truly focused on the nutrition part fully. It’s taken a weight off my shoulders, it’s brought me more happiness and it’s allowed me to realize I’m capable of anything I set my mind to doing.
