Filming with heavy camera rigs caused a lot of injuries in my shoulder and back. I used to believe that I was just a nerd, that the gym was not for me. I was always editing, learning new software and studying composition and cameras. But one of the things I have done lately to improve my filmmaking career has been training in the gym.
