How pupusas are made by hand ✋🏼 This is a new format we’re trying, somewhere between ASMR and educational. Being able to see the whole process for these pupusas, at Jaraguá in LA, was eye-opening, so we wanted to share it in this very direct way. Nixtamalization is a process you don’t see done in many restaurants, even though masa is the basis for tortillas, tamales, and much more.
