Curries, smoothies and juices are all great ways of adding the "super spice" turmeric into your diet. ⁠ ⁠ You can also try this warm and comforting Sunset Milk recipe as part of your relaxing pre-bedtime 😴 routine!!⁠ ⁠ π™Žπ™ͺπ™£π™¨π™šπ™© π™ˆπ™žπ™‘π™ β  ⁠ π™„π™£π™œπ™§π™šπ™™π™žπ™šπ™£π™©π™¨β  ⁠ ● 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)⁠ ● 1 teaspoon turmeric⁠ ● 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon powder⁠ ● 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger powder⁠ ● 1 teaspoon maple syrup (add more as needed)⁠ ● Pinch of ground cloves⁠ ● Pinch of ground black pepper⁠ ⁠ π˜Ώπ™žπ™§π™šπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨β  ⁠ 1. Pour all ingredients (except ground black pepper) into a small saucepan.⁠ ⁠ 2. Whisk occasionally while heating at medium- low heat for 3-5 minutes, until hot but not⁠ boiling.⁠ ⁠ 3.
