¼ Cup Almond Flour
¼ Cup Coconut Flour
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 Scoops NeoCell Collagen Protein Peptides - Unflavored
¼ Tsp Cinnamon
Dash of Sea Salt
2 Eggs
¼ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
¼ Cup Creamy Almond Butter
¼ Cup Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract
Extra Coconut Oil for Greasing Pan
Preheat pan over low heat with coconut oil. Combine almond & coconut flour, collagen powder, cinnamon and sea salt. In separate bowl whisk eggs, almond milk almond butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth, then add pumpkin puree. Pour batter onto coconut greased pan over low heat. Once batter bubbles, flip and cook another 2 minutes. ENJOY! .
