My FAVORITE Way To Cook is To Find What’s in the Kitchen and Create With What You Have

🌱SWEET POTATO:
•Poke Holes and Bake at 400 Degrees
•Sauté broccoli season to taste (Himalayan Salt & lizziesgourmet rmet pepper)
•Removes sweet potato filling then mash, add miyokoscreamery butter & salt
•Add sweet potato filling back, top with broccoli
•Add followyourheart cheddar cheese & broil until melted
🌱ZUCCHINI PASTA
•Spiralize zucchini and sauté on skillet with miyokoscreamery butter add salt
•Blend canned tomato and pumpkin purée add red onion,garlic, dash of sugar for extra flavor
•Add beyondmeat sausage to skillet with chopped onion when cooked add red sauce
•Season with lizziesgourmet rmet seasoning to taste
•Find any vegetable to make into a boat (I chose eggplant) remove insides and bake until slightly wilted
•Mix sausage noodles into boat and place into oven remove ...
