Recipe: ¼ cup butter
4 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon Baileys Irish Cream (optional)
1 package (10 oz., about 40) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
OR
4 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
6 cups Sally’s Marshmallow Cocoa Crunch Cereal – Gluten Free
In a large pot, over medium high heat, melt butter, chocolate, vanilla, Baileys Irish Cream and marshmallows.
Once melted, add cereal. Stir to coat. Place in a 9 x 13 baking pan which has been coated with spray or greased with butter. Wet hands to pat down.
