Earlier today, Indy Eleven ownership group Keystone accused the city of backing out from $1.5 billion Eleven project, which includes a 20,000 seater stadium. Indianapolis mayor Joe Hogsett then announced plans to bid for an MLS franchise with an undisclosed ownership group. ๐Ÿ˜ณ Hogsett said the undisclosed ownership group will submit a formal bid to MLS by the end of the year.
