Pumpkins, spice, and everything nice 👀🤤
🍁Pumpkin Spice Sour🍁
2 oz woodfordreserve bourbon
.75 oz lemon juice 🍋
.75 oz cinnamon spice syrup
2 bar spoons pumpkin purée
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 egg white
Preparation: In a mixing tin combine egg white, bourbon, lemon juice, syrup, and bitters. Dry shake for 10 seconds, then add ice and shake again double strand your cocktail into a second mixing tin and dry shake for another 10 seconds. Strain your cocktail into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. To garnish create a stencil, using graham crackers and sprinkle cinnamon over the top. Add star anise for decoration and enjoy.
