Ingredients:
· 1 pack of nuPasta Spaghetti
· 1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
· 3 tbsp butter, microwave for 15 seconds to soften
· 1 cup chicken broth
· Juice of ½ a lemon
· 1 tsp Italian seasoning
· ¼ cup parmesan cheese
· Chopped parsley, for garnish
· Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 1 pack of nuPasta Spaghetti for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
→ Season the shrimp with a pinch of salt and pepper.
→ Add olive oil to a skillet with the shrimp and cook on medium-high for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turns bright pink then set aside.
→ Add garlic, chicken broth, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning to the skillet then cook for 1-2 minutes until the broth starts to bubble.
