Let’s start with the basics, Pumpkin pancakes 🥞🎃 1 large egg 1 cup whole milk 1/2 cup pumpkin purée 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2 tsp pumpkin spice 1 tsp baking powder 1+1/2 cup all purpose flour In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder and spices. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together both of the sugars, pumpkin puree, egg, oil and milk.Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.
