It's pumpkin spice season!!
Baked Pumpkin Donuts
2 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tsp pumpkin spice
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
1/4 cup of Melted Butter
1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray 2 doughnut pans with nonstick spray and set aside. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and pumpkin spice, and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix milk, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree. Pour your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients and mix with a spatula. Fill a disposable piping bag with half of your batter and fill your doughnut pans 3/4 of the way. Bake the doughnuts for about 12 minutes. Let them cool and then brush the tops with some melted butter and dip them into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
