As we still do distance learning and have transformed from in-class to virtual working worlds, I’ve been thinking about next year’s work. 1 year of teaching is almost under my belt! I’m reminded of my successes, failures, lessons I bombed, and the ones that went way better than expected. As you look forward to next year, DON’T RECREATE THE WHEEL. Do a serious self-audit and find STRATEGIC and INTENTIONAL ways to hone the lessons you have.
