Frenched Rack of Lamb is an absolute go to appetizer when we have guests in our home or just make them as a meal. We keep it simple over fire! See below. -Frenched Rack of Lamb, we always make at least 2 racks -Cut into Lamb Chops -Season with Salt and Lemon Juice -Cook over charcoal 2 minutes per side, hit with more lemon juice then 1 minute per side. Done in 6 minutes when fire is running around 450-500 degrees. -Do not leave the fire, just grab a glass of wine and stay next to grill -Hit with some finishing salt if necessary and serve with Chimichurri is our preference. -Enjoy #rackoflamb #lamblollipops #lamb #food #foodies #3piecesofpecan #fyp #petermillar
