Measuring Fall Foods 🍠🌽🥔🥕 realtimemomaz used Mathlink cubes as their unit of measure. *These are not comparable to using a ruler* but do help younger kids under the idea of measuring units. This activity will prepare them for using rulers and “real” measuring objects! Here Is how realtimemomaz put this activity together🔽 This activity does not require fresh fruits and veggies! You can use ANYTHING fall food-related or tools for cooking your Thanksgiving meal. Here are some other ideas of things to measure: 🍠 Can Opener 🍠 Canned Pumpkin 🍠 Bag of Nuts or Cranberries 🍠 Turkey or ham 😂😂 🍠 Potato Masher 🍠 A stick of butter 🍠 Stuffing box The list goes on and on of what your kids can measure!
