A grand opening date has been set for thefarmstpete, the country bar inspired and being opened in part by chaserice. Located at 242 1st Avenue N in the former home of MacDinton's, Welcome to the Farm will host its grand opening festivities the weekend of Friday, October 7. In a video shot from the front porch of his farm earlier this summer, Rice said the new bar will "look a little bit like this inside, but with a lot more alcohol." Welcome to the Farm is expected to be a hotspot for live country music, whiskey, and bucket-sized cocktails, among much else.
