PCOS might be easier to prevent than you’d think and more possible to reverse than what you might believe.
This would require consistency with yogic and ayurvedic practices that are easy to do.
On the mat, this is what your practice can look like:
Start with Kapalbhati: 50-60 strokes
Move to Asanas: Bharadvajasana, Chakkichalanasana, Malasana, Bhadrasana, Setubandhasana, Titliasana, Vayu nishkasanasana, Dhanurasana, Padmasana, Suptabadhakonasana, Shalabhasana, Deviasana (feel free to include other asanas that target hip opening, pelvic and abdominal region)
Close with: Bhramari and Yoni Mudra
End: 10mins of meditation
Practice off the mat:
Fix your sleep cycle, food habits, and manage your stress levels. Consult a Nadi doctor and an Ayurveda expert for nutrition bespoke to your system’s needs.
