Last 400h race of the year:’) Gave it my all but it wasn’t enough to secure a medal for the team. Struggled to get hurdle training in since my last meet due to some back issues but still tried to prepare the best I could. Thanking God for this opportunity to compete on the biggest stage of my life, to represent the country I love, and to experience hunger for more! 5th in Asia and we still have a 4x4 tonight!
