“I began the Apprenticeship Program in June of 2022, just one month after graduating college. The program served as the perfect opportunity for me to learn and grow confident in my skills before I eventually started working at Allison as an Account Coordinator. I worked on a variety of accounts, some of which I still work on today. By the time I started, I had been working with clients for several months and already had practice with things like speaking on client calls, pitching to media, researching/audits and more. Upon being hired full time, I knew I was ready and felt confident. My favorite part of the Apprenticeship Program was that I was able to be super involved in my accounts right off the bat. For example, I started pitching to media on my second day (which was intimidating at first) but ended up being a great learning experience where I was able to ask any questions and learn as I went.
