I’m not a huge fan of vegan cheese. But, she swore by it so try it. The vegetables on the bruschetta made it chewy, kinda hurt the score. Very good ravioli, broccoli sauce kept the score down. More sauce on the pizza and we’re cooking with gas. Carciofo was a solid dish.
