If I could only take 3 supplements as an athlete it would probably look something like this.
Something to help with performance:
- Creatine monohydrate
- safest and most well researched supp. Tons of benefits from helping muscle growth, endurance and power output.
Something to help with longevity:
- Collagen Peptides
- reinforces bones, joints, ligaments and tendons to strengthen body and reduce risk of injuries.
And something to help with recovery:
- Magnesium Glycinate
- helps you get deeper, more restful sleep so you can recovery faster. And also helps calm and relax the body to fall asleep faster.
Of course there’s a few more I like, but these 3 are a really good starting point.
