Something to help with longevity: - Collagen Peptides - reinforces bones, joints, ligaments and tendons to strengthen body and reduce risk of injuries. And something to help with recovery: - Magnesium Glycinate - helps you get deeper, more restful sleep so you can recovery faster. And also helps calm and relax the body to fall asleep faster. Of course there’s a few more I like, but these 3 are a really good starting point. #athletetips #supplements
