A couple weeks back I spoke to a room of entrepreneurs about building a people first business.
We talked about building:

• Affiliate Relationships

But most important of all, relationships that matter.
At the core of all of these organic business methods are authentic relationships with … people.
When I walked into the room, I realized that the presentation that I had originally prepared for this event was not the right fit.
I had planned on talking about how to use social media to build your business. In most situations, that would have been fitting.
But in this room I knew I needed to talk about something different: Building a People First Business
So I sat down in the lobby of the venue of the event and put together a completely new presentation.
And the presentation ended up being exactly what was needed for this room and conversation.
