Steak frites, with a breakfast twist! 🍳   Start your day off sunny side up with this mouthwatering spread from donaldo_cooks.   Tomahawk Steak 1. Season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. With the Weber Slate Rust-Resistant Griddle on high, sear each side of the steak. 3. Move steak to medium heat side of the griddle and let it cook, flipping every 3 to 5 minutes. Check the temperature until you reach a desired temperature (I like it about 130°F for medium rare). 4. Once steak is done, remove from the griddle and let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.   Potatoes 1. Slice your small potatoes into halves and drizzle a little olive oil on them. Add a generous amount of salt. 2. With the Weber Slate Rust-Resistant Griddle on medium heat, cook while flipping often until they all have a golden brown look with a little char on the edges. 3.
