Jamath Shoffner is an American manager working his way up in Europe.
The North Carolina native built up his CV with assistant positions at Luxembourg NT, U.S. U-20s, and Charlotte FC.
He took over Belgian side Oostende in January. Unfortunately, he’s about to lose his job as they’re now filing for bankruptcy.

Shoffner attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and was an important player for their soccer team.
He then went off to Europe, starting his professional career at Ireland with Shelboune— where he made his debut against Sir Alex Ferguson’s Manchester United.
With brief spells in Germany and the U.S., Shoffner retired in Luxembourg, where he started his coaching career.
After impressing as a youth coach and then as an assistant for Luxembourg national team, he became an assistant for the U.S. U-20s under Tab Ramos.
