☀️ meal prep so I don’t have to worry about cooking throughout the week
☀️ waking up early so I don’t have excuses not to go to the gym after work
☀️ having a workout plan I follow so I don’t dilly dally in the gym
☀️ going on walks OUTSIDE because vitamin D is importantttt
☀️ bake nutritious desserts bc I love a good old cookie
