3 M’S TO START THE DAY ON YOUR TERMS: 💪 MOVEMENT: Do something that gets your body moving in a way that feels right for you and supports all the big plans you have for your day. I’m not someone who likes to exercise first thing in the morning, but I will do some stretching and skincare to start feeling alive. ☁️ MINDFULNESS: What are you doing to notice your own thoughts? You know… before you scroll on your phone endlessly and take on what the world is feeling today? Morning Pages, meditation, journaling… it’s up to you! ✏️ MASTERY: If you’ve been “meaning” to get to something, why not do it first? What will you do every morning to master something exciting for you? Work on your side-hustle, practice a foreign language, work on your book… so many possibilities.
