2018 is coming to an end and I have been reflecting a lot about how my life has changed in the past year. I’m grateful for my family, friends, and the opportunity of education I have been afforded. I learned many things from earning a degree, but in 2019 I want to focus on improving my videography skills as I spend the year teaching English in Malaysia. I remember sitting in my freshman year dorm watching a documentary about big wave surfing here in Nazaré.
