The Summer Cabaret Concert Series at the Deering Estate is back! Guests can enjoy musical performances inside the historic Great Hall at the Deering Estate. The series kicks-off on Saturday, June 29th with singer and songwriter Claudia Lopez. Additional concerts will be held on Saturday, July 27th and Saturday, August 24th. About the artist: Claudia Lopez is a Cuban-American, singer and songwriter and Producer. She was born in Miami Florida into a musical family. She received a scholarship to Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts to study contemporary voice. After returning to Miami and receiving her associates degree, Claudia Lopez was accepted to University of Miami Frost School of Music’s Jazz Vocal Program where she finished her bachelor’s degree. Claudia is a versatile musician who can perform a large variety of musical styles from Pop/Rnb, Musical Theatre, Jazz and Blues, to Salsa and Latin-Jazz.
