The salesforce experience at
#MobileWorldCongress provided a carefully curated experience journey through the stages of: Engage, Educate, Inform, and Connect.
The space represented the power of Salesforce while offering a respite from the busy trade show floor. New custom components married with reconfigured existing structures to offer an updated look and feel, while clear wayfinding, semi-private and casual meeting areas, and an inviting garden space supported the customer journey. The barista cart and Slack claw machine added excitement and engagement. Purposeful elements, window graphics, and sustainability measures contributed to a well-balanced and inviting atmosphere, and the flexible space was easily reconfigurated for evening receptions. Overall, the exhibit provided a warm and welcoming oasis, facilitating engagement, education, information, and connection.
