Ever tried Million Dollar Pie? This Southern classic lives up to its name with a rich creamy filling loaded with pineapples, coconut and pistachios. For the crust
2 cups graham crackers
6 tbsp butter melted
1/4 cup sugar
For the filling
1 (8 oz )package cream cheese
1 (14 oz) condensed milk
1 (20 oz) crushed pineapples drained
1 cup pistachio chopped
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
Place the graham crackers in the food processor and pulse until fine crumbs.
In a bowl mix the graham crackers with melted butter and sugar. Transfer mixture in a pie dish. Press cracker mixture into bottom and up sides of the pie dish. Bake in a preheated oven to 350F for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
