another year of using Easter as my excuse to make a batch of Chocolate PB Protein Eggs on the daily.
FIVE INGREDIENTS TO HAPPINESS!
vegan friendly, high protein and gluten free thanks to another epic baking product of bobsredmill - 1:1 baking flour!

Makes 6 Eggs-
1/2 c Nut Butter
1 serv Vanilla Protein Powder
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1.5 tsp bobsredmill 1:1 baking flour
1/2 c chocolate, melted
Sprinkles
In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients except chocolate and sprinkles until a cookie dough texture forms.
Make egg shapes using 1-2 tbsp of batter per egg.
Cover each egg in melted chocolate.
Top with sprinkles and chill until firm!
