Meeting your goal isn't what makes you great, mastering the micro details on your way there does because that's the biggest difference between us and them. They look like us, they smell like us but they aren't us . I've been anxious af lately because for the first time since getting out of prison I have taken on new projects with a whole new vision and set of goals and it's to damn easy to get caught up mentally where I'm holding on to the prize and not focusing on the work . I became a giant in prison at writing shit down and focusing on the daily tasks that would take me to the moment I visioned. Every day I opened my locker and looked at the same written words I posted up and got fired up about the days work and that's where I'm at today, the grind. I'm waking up and looking at my white board trusting what I've done before to play itself out again.
