Annie Cappetta is our Opinion editor. Here she is during her volunteer beekeeping from this summer! Annie is an ecosystem science and policy and political science major. In addition to being an editor, she is also president of the CommUnity Garden club, and treasurer of Pencils of Promise. When she’s not gardening, beekeeping, fundraising or editing, she’s cooking delicious waffles for her tv/food blog parkswaffleproject, where she reviews each episode of NBC’s Parks and Rec and develops a waffle recipe based on the episode.
