A few weeks back I had the pleasure of speaking to a graduating cohort at SLCC from the Mill Global Business Management Program. This room was incredible. Full of entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, countries and industries. We talked about the importance of building people first businesses by focusing on other people first. I shared some insights, stories and experiences from the last few months of running coldplunge_studios, and hosting various events around the USA. I walked away inspired by the various national and international ventures these students were embarking on. What an incredible program full of energy and opportunity.
