A week ago I woke up to 100k followers. 100k?!? It’s taken me a whole week to comment on it because I’m honestly still in shock. First and foremost, I want to say thank you! Thank you thank you thank you. To me that isn’t just a number on a screen... to me it’s 100k individual bright shiny lights. 100k humans with hardships and triumphs of your own... a community that is now over 100k hearts strong... and that.. that makes my heart swell and my eyes tear up to know that the things I share resonate with anyone at all. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My page may look somewhat put together now but you know how I started? With a gopro and a selfie stick with a tripod. I was too scared to ask anyone to take my photo and I did most my hikes alone anyways. I did all my edits here in the Instagram app (if I edited the photos at all!) and I struggled with really intense acne leaving me afraid to show my face. And you know what?
