Hundreds of people lined the streets of inner Northeast Portland for the annual Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade Saturday morning. The two-mile route began at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, then marched down Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, continued east along Lloyd Boulevard and ended near Lloyd Center. The parade featured giant all-floral floats, mini-floats, school bands, equestrian units, marching groups, drill teams, vintage vehicles, dancers, llamas, flags and much more.
