Mushroom Roll-ercoaster 🎢
Ingredients (serves 2):
- Choice of brioche/bread
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp TRUFF Truffle Oil
- Lemon juice
- 300g king oyster mushrooms
- 1 tbsp TRUFF Hot Sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
1. Prepare Avocado Cream:
- Blend avocado with salt, truffle oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
2. Prepare Mushrooms:
- Shred king oyster mushrooms with a fork into fibers.
-Mix with hot sauce, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
3. Assemble Sandwich Roll:
- Slice the brioche and cut down the middle.
- Spread avocado cream inside and layer with baked mushrooms.
