Link to the 3 frequencies I mentioned in my bio :)
Summary of brainwaves occurring during the sleep stages: Alpha/theta -> theta -> delta waves in NON-Rem sleep. There are also sleep spindles/k-complexes and other activity happening in the brain during different stages of sleep.
432 Hz has been shown to improve sleep and have calming effects. (Time to fall asleep, total sleep time, sleep quality, and daytime sleepiness)
delta binaural beats helped ppl get into the deeper stages of sleep faster.
I personally experimented on my best friend yojulianjustchill bc he has a horrible time falling asleep. He said the first track I mentioned helped and that βif it helped me, it can help anyone.β -julian. The first track surprised me as well.
I hope anyone that needs this finds it useful ππΌπ§
