Go on a rampage to create an upward spiral. ๐ The upward spiral refers to a sequence of events that lead to patterns in the brain that feedback positively. Gratitude increases serotonin which improves mood and gives us more to be grateful for, starting a positive feedback loop that spirals upward toward even more positive feelings. The cycle goes on. Some tips: try to be specific. naming individual people weโre grateful for and the smallest things like the socks on our feet helps us keep the rampage going and reminds us of all that we do have to be grateful for. The longer you can make it and the more passionately you say and feel them the better. Hope this brings you all the joy ๐
